To support home buying families in rural communities of Washington state by offering privately funded grants that remove barriers to home ownership for low-income families.
Description and Qualification
This grant is made available to home buyers in rural Washington state who meet certain income criteria. It's intent is to help prospective buyers who otherwise would not qualify due to the barrier of down payment requirements.
With this grant, it does not matter if you are a first time buyer or have owned a home before.
The grant will be completely forgiven shortly after closing which means that home buyers are virtually receiving instant equity in their home.
Buyers who qualify will receive a match of 50% of their down payment funds, up to $4,000. Grant funds are paid directly to the title company and will distributed just before closing.
